Minonina Film & Video Productions, LLC, doing business as Furganizer ("Furganizer," "we," "us," or "our"), is a California limited liability company located at Furganizer operates the web-based pet care coordination platform available at furganizer.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you provide when you create an account, build pet profiles, or use our platform:

• Account information — your first name, last name, email address, username, and password when you create an account
• Phone number — collected for SMS notification delivery (paid tier subscribers only)
• Pet profile information — pet names, photos, breed information, care instructions, medical information, medications, emergency contacts, and entry instructions you choose to enter
• Care reports and notes — notes and photos submitted by caretakers during care sessions
• Communication preferences — your notification and contact preferences
• Payment information — handled directly by Stripe; we do not store your credit card number or billing address on our servers

Information Collected Automatically

We currently do not use cookies, web beacons, or third-party analytics tools to collect derivative data about your usage. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Information from Third-Party Services

If you choose to sign in using Google OAuth, we receive basic profile information from Google including your name and email address. This information is used solely to create and manage your Furganizer account. We do not collect information about you from any other third-party sources.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account and provide access to Furganizer's features
• To deliver and facilitate the pet care coordination services you request
• To send SMS notifications to paid tier subscribers when caretakers complete care tasks
• To send administrative communications including account confirmations, receipts, and service updates
• To send marketing and promotional communications about Furganizer, including launch announcements and product updates — you may opt out at any time
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• To evaluate and improve our platform, products, and user experience
• To protect the security and integrity of our platform
• To comply with our legal obligations

4. SMS Communications

SMS notifications are available exclusively to paid tier subscribers (Trip Pass, Monthly, and Premium plans) who have opted in. We will send a maximum of 3 SMS messages per day, triggered only by caretaker activity during active care sessions. SMS notifications are currently available for US and Canadian phone numbers only.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With caretakers you designate — when you share a care link, your pet's profile information is accessible to anyone with that link. You control who receives your care link.
• With service providers — we share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate Furganizer, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Brevo (email). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
• For legal compliance — we may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of our users.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not share your information with business affiliates, parent companies, or joint venture partners. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

Our platform is hosted and operated using the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process:

• Stripe (payment processing) — stripe.com/privacy
• Twilio (SMS delivery) — twilio.com/legal/privacy
• Supabase (database and authentication) — hosted on US-based servers
• Vercel (platform hosting) — hosted on US-based servers
• Brevo (email communications) — a French company; email data may be processed on European servers

7. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States, with the exception of email data processed through Brevo, which may be stored on servers in the European Union.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our platform uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Our service providers maintain their own security certifications including SOC 2 compliance (Supabase, Vercel) and PCI-DSS compliance (Stripe).

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Care history data is retained according to your subscription tier:

• Free tier — current active session only
• Trip Pass — full history for the duration of the trip
• Monthly — 6 months of care history
• Premium — unlimited history retained while account is active

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to access — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Right to correction — you may update or correct your information directly in your Account Settings, or by contacting us
• Right to deletion — you may request deletion of your account and personal information through Account Settings or by contacting us at info@furganizer.com
• Right to opt out of marketing — you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us
• Right to opt out of SMS — you may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message

These rights apply to users where granted by applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents and applicable Canadian privacy legislation for Canadian residents. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@furganizer.com.

10. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California's "Shine the Light" law, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 11. Canadian Privacy Rights

If you are a Canadian resident, your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. 12. Children's Privacy

Furganizer is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 13. Pet Information Privacy

Pet care profiles on Furganizer may contain sensitive information including medical conditions, medications, and emergency protocols. This information is shared only with individuals you explicitly designate by sharing your care link. We treat pet medical information with the same care and security as personal information about our users. We do not use pet medical information for any purpose other than providing the Furganizer service to you.

14. Links to Third-Party Sites

Furganizer may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of Furganizer after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
