Furganizer ("Furganizer," "we," "us," or "our") is a web-based pet care coordination platform operated by Minonina Film & Video Productions, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Furganizer, located at
Furganizer allows pet owners to build digital care profiles for their pets, share those profiles with caretakers via a private link, and receive notifications when care tasks are completed. Furganizer is a communication and coordination tool only — it is not a pet care service, veterinary service, or caretaker placement agency.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Furganizer, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using Furganizer on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Furganizer provides the following services to registered users:
To access most features of Furganizer, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@furganizer.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Furganizer offers the following subscription tiers:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Furganizer never stores your credit card information on our servers. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy available at stripe.com/privacy.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting us at info@furganizer.com.
Trip Pass purchases are non-refundable once a care session has begun. Refunds for Trip Pass purchases may be issued if requested before the care session start date. Monthly and Premium subscribers may request a prorated refund within 7 days of their billing date. Refund requests should be submitted to info@furganizer.com. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
SMS notifications are an optional feature available exclusively to paid tier subscribers (Trip Pass, Monthly, and Premium plans). Users on the Free tier do not receive SMS messages. By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Furganizer regarding care task completions and section reports during active care sessions.
IMPORTANT: Furganizer is a care coordination and communication tool only. Furganizer, Minonina Film & Video Productions, LLC, and its affiliates do not provide veterinary advice, pet care services, or caretaker recommendations of any kind. Furganizer assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions, omissions, or negligence of any caretaker, pet owner, or third party using the platform, including but not limited to missed medications, improper care, injury, illness, or death of any animal.
Pet owners are solely responsible for the care, health, and wellbeing of their animals. The use of Furganizer does not transfer any duty of care from the pet owner to Furganizer. All care instructions, medical information, and emergency protocols entered into Furganizer are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
Furganizer does not screen, background check, certify, license, endorse, or vouch for any caretaker, pet sitter, dog walker, or service provider who accesses the platform. Pet owners are solely responsible for selecting, supervising, and managing their chosen caretakers. Furganizer makes no representations about the qualifications, character, reliability, or suitability of any individual who accesses a care profile through the platform.
Any caretaker who accesses a pet care profile through Furganizer does so at the pet owner's invitation. Furganizer is not a party to any agreement between pet owners and caretakers, and is not responsible for any outcome resulting from that relationship.
Any medical information, medication details, emergency instructions, veterinary contacts, or health-related content entered into Furganizer is provided by the pet owner and has not been verified, reviewed, or approved by Furganizer. Furganizer assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, currency, or appropriateness of any medical information stored on the platform. Pet owners should consult a licensed veterinarian for all medical advice and decisions regarding their animals.
Furganizer provides a platform for caretakers to report completed tasks to pet owners. Furganizer cannot verify, confirm, or guarantee the accuracy of any care report, task completion, or information submitted by a caretaker through the platform. Pet owners acknowledge that Furganizer bears no responsibility for false, misleading, or inaccurate care reports submitted by caretakers, and that Furganizer has no means of independently verifying whether care tasks were actually completed.
Furganizer allows users to upload content including pet photos, care instructions, medical information, reference images, and caretaker notes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of all User Content you submit to Furganizer. By uploading User Content, you grant Furganizer a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Furganizer service to you and your designated caretakers.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you upload, and that your User Content does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable law.

Your use of Furganizer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at furganizer.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Furganizer, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Furganizer and all of its content, features, functionality, branding, logos, and design elements are owned by Minonina Film & Video Productions, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of Furganizer without our express written permission.
The name "Furganizer," the Furganizer logo, and all related marks are trademarks or trade names of Minonina Film & Video Productions, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or trade names.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FURGANIZER AND MINONINA FILM & VIDEO PRODUCTIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR DEATH OF ANY ANIMAL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
In no event shall Furganizer's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Furganizer in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one dollar ($1.00).
These limitations apply whether the liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if Furganizer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
FURGANIZER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FURGANIZER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FURGANIZER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Furganizer, Minonina Film & Video Productions, LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; (d) your relationship with any caretaker; or (e) any harm to any animal in your care.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at info@furganizer.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.
If informal negotiations fail to resolve the dispute, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Furganizer shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. Furganizer agrees to pay arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of Furganizer after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Furganizer at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Furganizer with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications between you and Furganizer relating to your use of the platform.
